Menu:
The accompanying limited menus are necessary in order to provide you with the best possible food and service. Please choose one of the three packages that is most suited to your party’s needs. A menu will be printed up and set at the table. Each menu will be personalized and include the name and date of the party, the items and accompaniments and any other special messages you would like. Please limit such special requests to 10 words or less. Substitutions are possible, however arrangements must be made in advance. Desserts are also available for an $4.99 per person; please contact CABCo for our selections. If you would like to bring your own cake, do have a service charge of $1.00 per person.  The appetizers will arrive automatically and be enough to accommodate the entire party.

Beverages:
All the packages include pop, tea or coffee. We also have fresh brewed root beer. Being a brewery, of course we highly recommend our fresh hand crafted ales, however we also offer a full cocktail bar and assortment of wines. For all packages, it will be open bar and the bar tab will be added on to the total bill. Please refer to the beer menu for our selections.

Brew Tours:
If you would like to arrange a brew tour please let me know. Our brewer is usually around to answer any questions, but our entire staff is well educated on the beers and the brewing process. Tours are easy to give and take 15-20 minutes per tour. If your group is larger than 15, the tours will be broken up into smaller groups for your convenience.

The Table:
If your party is larger than 25, the tables will be set in one long row. We have found that not only is it a better social atmosphere for your party, it also helps in the expedition of food and drinks to provide better, more enjoyable service. The maximum seating capacity for our space is 45 settings. Table linens are available for $5 per linen.

Price:
The price for each package is non-negotiable and will be determined by the number of people guaranteed by you at least 48 hours in advance. Everything must be on one check with bar tab (if applicable), tax and 20% gratuity added.  We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks. After you have decided on the package and the number of people, print off a contract (by clicking the "dinner banquet confirmation" button, and call at 282-BREW to guarantee space is available) stating the package details, the number of people, form of payment, date and time of party and any other special arrangements. Mail or fax the contract back to us, so that we can hold the room for you.

Since there is no room charge, the guaranteed number of guests will be the minimum price for the party. We will allow plus or minus ten percent to deviate from that number. For example: If you guarantee 30 people, we will accommodate 33 to 27 people. If there are more guests than expected, we will not guarantee any immediate seating. If there are less than the expected number of guests, you will be charged for the amount of people guaranteed on the contract.

Court Avenue Brewing Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. There is a $100 cancellation fee for cancelled banquets that do not give at least a 48-hour notice. Our prices are subject to change.
